We all want fast healthy weight loss without suffering through starvation and hunger pangs.  Though most people think you have to cut back drastically or fast for a week to lose weight fast, there are healthy ways to achieve your goals without feeling deprived.  Let me explain a little further.

Why Are You Dieting?

Ok, I was looking at a few blogs on Weight Loss and have come to the conclusion that many dieters out there are trying to hard to lose the weight. Now I see and read a lot of articles on Weight Loss and have come up with a few tid bits of reasons for failure.

1. Not enough time

2. My mom is holding me back

3. I weigh myself daily (#1 reason people fail)

4. Everyone has the fastest Weight Loss program

5. You have no motivation

6. Its to hard (Love that one)

7. Most Dieters want the easy way out

8. I have no energy

9. Unanswered questions (Mainly ones that are never asked)

10. HOW-DO-I

That is my top 10 no real order just some observations that I see in most failed attempts at Weight Loss.

The biggest losers had 1 thing in common and that is “Their Health” is their motivation. Most people don’t realize that the excess weight that they carry is causing them undo harm, and that is the same with a smoker who keeps saying “Just One More And Then I Will Quit”. Well after that “One More” it may be to late. Don’t let the “Just One More” be to late for you. Take Action stop reading all the Lose Weight Quick Scams and start doing.
